Are They The Real Issue?
The allergy vials used in TBA are found
in the Nutrition
We do not use extensive allergy testing, the explanation is below.
Anything that goes into the mouth is absorbed or swallowed and the body must convert that item to energy or send it on through to the intestine or kidneys for elimination. The sole purpose of food is to supply energy to the body, much like the sole purpose of gasoline is to make the car keep running. But the body requires a variety of nutrients to digest, absorb and metabolize food. Different foods require a different set of nutrients to convert the food to fuel. Good healthy food automatically contains the nutrients the body will require to convert that food to fuel. If the food being eaten is processed, was grown in land that was deficient, has been genetically altered, was sprayed with chemical fertilizers or anything that disrupts its perfect nutritional profile, it will cost the body some energy. Why? Because the body must go into its reserves to supply those elements that did not get supplied in the food. This isn't a big deal if it happens every now and then, but what if it happens with almost every meal you eat? If the body gets to a place where all of its reserves are depleted, it will not be able to convert that food to efficient energy at all and the body will begin telling you that it is unable to utilize that food, that that food is costing the body too much energy by demonstrating a symptom we call food allergies. You can see that the food allergy isn't really the issue, it is just the symptom. Food allergies are caused by nutritional deficiencies or the body's inability to use a nutrient for a certain task. You can safely consider one or more of the following to be the cause of any allergy:
- The body is very toxic and one of the toxins in your body is
interfering with one or more nutrients required for the natural
process of digestion, absorption or metabolism of that food.
- You ate a contaminated version of that food at some period
in your life. That means a toxin was present on the food: a bacteria,
virus, fungus, etc. and the body retained the memory of the toxin
associated with the food. If you eat a meal that contains a bacteria,
the body records the bacteria and the food that carried the bacteria
into the body. There is a good chance that every time you eat
that food, the body is going into an alert mode because it remains
with this memory of a toxin in that food. You must fix both of
these issues to correct the problem. People who do allergy testing
may find the food as an allergy, but when you see how the body
records information, you begin to understand that treating the
allergy or avoiding the food really isn't solving the problem.
- A negative experience or emotion occurred at some point in
your life while you were eating the food in question. If you are
happily enjoying mashed potatoes one day when the phone rings
and you hear that a family member was in a car accident, your
body may associate pain and trauma with the mashed potatoes. This
is one of the reasons why it is never good to eat while one is
- The allergy is not to the food item, but to a chemical or additive in the food item.
NOTE: Foods that we highly dislike are often reflections of one of the above mentioned reasons. The body may instinctively know that that food is feeding a toxin, or is unable to metabolize it because there is a negative perception associated with it.
Discover Your Food Allergies At Home
The following test can be used to identify any allergy or sensitivity you may have to a food, drink, inhalant, substance or just anything. It is called The Pulse Test and it is just as accurate as any medical testing for allergies. Identifying allergens is important when your body is sick or weak because the body requires much more energy to break down substances that cannot be digested or metabolized (which is what creates an allergen). Any type of skin complaint or scalloped tongue (teeth marks around the edges) are signs that you may need to check for allergens. There are three basic steps to your allergy test:
1 Take your pulse. |
After the five-minute wait, if your pulse is 12 beats or more higher than it was before you exposed yourself to the item or substance, you have an allergy or sensitivity to that item. Sensitivity means your body is reacting on a metabolic level that has no visible proof. Obviously, do not run or do anything that might contribute to a pulse variation while conducting this test.
Many people feel allergies are the cause of their problem, but the body should adapt to any natural substance, which means any food naturally found in creation. The body should not have allergies to foods such as seafood, corn, rice, gluten, casein, etc. If there are allergies, it is a sign that the body is no longer digesting, assimilating or metabolizing the substance in question. The lack of adaptation is being caused by excessive accumulated toxins, the same thing that causes all other disease. While allergies are not always viewed as an "illness", they should be considered a prelude to disease, not just an annoying symptom. While the body often needs to be given a rest from the foods it is allergic to, even if it is metabolically rather than symptomatic, correction of the cause of the allergy should make it possible to once again enjoy the foods (or animals) you are currently allergic to. Fasting would be very beneficial.
