The Importance Of Diet & Lifestyle

WHAT YOU EAT TODAY
WILL DICTATE THE AMOUNT OF HEALTH YOU HAVE TOMORROW

I think everyone knows that diet and lifestyle play a large part in the health process (or lack thereof). I wrote Book 01, The Foundation, to cover all areas of Diet and Lifestyle needed to achieve health. Healthy does not mean you have to eat like a rabbit and avoid all* the foods you love. The GWSW Program (.pdf) does not insist that you have to eat perfectly all the time. There is room to enjoy some of those favorite things that may not be so healthy. As a rule, what you do most of the time (90%) will dictate your general health. As a matter of fact, once you apply a few of the tips and feel the benefit of energy, stamina and clear thinking that comes with eating better and living a better life, you might just welcome healthy habits.

In justifying your bad habits (smoking, alcohol, soda-pop, etc.), just remember that the choices you make today will dictate how much work (cleansing and detox) you will have to do tomorrow to achieve the health you are seeking. My experienced opinion is that if you have a chronic disease, you need to be very strict with your diet until you attain the health you are seeking. How much are you willing to invest into your health?

Doctors are trained to treat disease, not prevent or heal disease. No matter who you use as your practitioner, health can only be achieved if personal responsibility is invested. The summary points listed at the link below are time tested with every disease and every body type or metabolic type there is. It is important to have an attainable goal if you wish to make a successful transition from old habits to new. Pick the areas you feel you can successfully improve and apply yourself in those areas. If you try to change too much at one time you may fail. I have my improvement list, and there are areas that still need work in my program. I know where I want to be and what I want to achieve long-term, so I stay encouraged, even when I slip up.

The summary points are listed in order of importance. I know you can do it: the only question is whether you will do it because you care enough about yourself and the body God has made you steward of. I encourage you and offer the greatest blessing on your efforts.

As evidenced in the facts provided in Book 01, no matter how healthy you eat and live, diet and lifestyle will not provide the body with all the nutrition, cleansing and detoxification needed to achieve or maintain vibrant health. The GWSW Products have been provided to fill the gaps that allow for illness in the body. The fewer of the Diet / Lifestyle Guidelines you follow, the more imperative it becomes for you to use the products mentioned in the GWSW steps 1-5.
