Grape Juice – The brand
must be Kedem, and must come in the glass bottle. Use 1 oz. of this
particular kind of Kedem grape juice every hour for a total of seven
ounces each day. Repeat for 9 days in a row. You do not have to
fast, but try to eat fairly healthy during this time. Depending
where you live, you find this in the local grocery store, health
food store or you may need to search the web.
Castor Oil Pack –DO NOT
use this if you are bleeding internally or externally from a wound
or surgery. You can make your own Castor Oil pack with several layers
of wool or cotton flannel (12”x12” or so). Apply cold
pressed castor oil generously to the flannel, but not so much that
it drips off the pad. Place the pack directly on the skin over the
liver, which is over the lower half of the rib cage on the right
side. Place a piece of plastic, such as a garbage bag over your
pack, then place a hot water pack (non-electric heat is best) over
the pack to drive the oil into the body. You can also use the pack
on the soft part of the abdomen to help the intestines (indicated
if you have severe constipation or abdomen pain). Effective application
requires relaxed sessions of 1-2 hour periods. You can place the
pack in the refrigerator and use it 20-30 times on average but should
be discarded if it begins to smell rancid. Reheat a cold pack by
placing it in the oven on a cookie sheet, not the microwave. After
each treatment you can clean the skin with a solution of two teaspoons
of baking soda dissolved in one quart of water. Or purchase disposable

5-day Regeneration Flush –
is generally acceptable for people with blood sugar problems that
might not be able to fast
DAY 1 (raw foods): Eat only fresh, ripe fruit and diluted organic
fruit juice before lunch. Eat all the fruit you want in the morning,
but remember that fruits are most effective when they are ripe.
Stop eating fruit one hour before you eat lunch. For lunch and afternoon
snacks you may eat fresh, raw vegetables or vegetable juice (organic
is obviously better in order to avoid the chemical pesticides).
Olive oil, apple cider vinegar, garlic, onions, herbs and spices
are all great if you need a dip or dressing for your vegetables.
Stop the vegetables one hour before you eat your dinner, but dinner
should not be later than 6:00 pm. For dinner you may again have
fruit and/or diluted fruit juices as you did in the morning. Do
not eat anything after 6:00 pm, but you may drink all the water
you desire.
DAY 2, 3, & 4 (liquid flush): Drink at least one ounce of liquid
for every pound that you weigh (100 ounces for every 100 pounds)
each day. The best liquid is clean, pure water and the home-made
fresh juice of cabbage, beet, celery, carrot, parsley and any other
dark green leafy vegetable. All the fresh water you desire, but
keep the juice primarily to fresh vegetables rather than fruits.
DAY 5 (raw foods): Repeat the program you followed on day #1. Be
sure to chew your food extremely well.
ADDITIONS: If you desire a hot drink at any time during this flush,
gently boil vegetables like onion, garlic, celery and Idaho potato
skins for 30 minutes. Strain and drink the broth. Add no seasonings.
H202 –oxygenates the system,
making it antimicrobial (infectious agents don’t want to live
there). Must use food-grade hydrogen peroxide (35% available at
some health food stores), not the 3% you find at the local pharmacy.
It is known to kill bacteria, viruses, parasites and cancer. Dilute
one ounce of 35% with eleven ounces of distilled water. Start with
3-5 drops of the diluted peroxide added to apple juice or grape
juice, do not use in citrus juice. Start in small doses because
the body must be able to metabolize (use) the oxygen. Increase the
amount of drops you use each day until the taste becomes too strong.
This is your maximum dosage. It is most effective if used daily
for several months, but discontinue immediately if it starts to
hurt your throat or intestines. Preventatively, it works best if
taken first thing in the morning and last thing at night. Best used
separate from food by at least 30 minutes. 11:1 ratio takes 35%
down to about 3%, which is all the body can effectively metabolize.
Ratios higher than 3% are unable to enter the cells and often act
as cellular irritants. Hydrogen Peroxide used externally can be
used in the same dilution to: soak in tub for arthritis, use as
a mouth rinse for gum disease and prevent tarter.
Artificial fever –helps
the body burn up microbes, particularly of viral origin, and shrinks
tumors. For this treatment you will need to sit in bath water as
hot as you can stand it for 20 minutes (as hot as you can stand,
but not hot enough to burn skin or hurt you in any way!) It is best
to have a small heater running in the bathroom to keep the air very
warm or the water will cool off and it will diminish much of the
affect. As the water is filling the tub and the heater is warming
up the air, place a hand towel and a bed sheet in a pail or bowl
filled with ice water. Place the pail within reach of the tub as
you may want to keep the small towel within reach to be used on
the head to keep the brain cool (if you feel you are getting too
hot or feel like you might pass out). Some people get real weak
in that much heat, so you may want to have a friend handy to help
you with this final part. After twenty minutes of soaking in the
hot bath water, get out and immediately wrap yourself in the cold
sheets. It sounds dramatic, but you will be hot enough by then that
you will welcome it. We are looking for the drastic temperature
change in the skin, so get out of the hot water and wrap up in the
ice cold sheet as quickly as possible. The heat from the body will
overcome the cool of the sheet very quickly. When it does, you may
discard the sheet and wrap up in something that will keep you warm
enough to sweat. A cotton sheet is great idea. Those mylar emergency
blankets that fold up to the size of a fist and cost a couple of
dollars at Walmart are great to wrap around you and the cotton sheet.
Those will assure you sweat and keep you from soaking through your
sheet onto your bed. You may now leave the bathroom and go to your
place of rest. The goal now is to sleep and sweat (so don’t
wrap up in something that can’t get wet; you may want to put
some garbage bags on the bed). When you wake up, or are through
resting, you are finished. Try to rest for at least 20 minutes although
a longer nap would be preferred. Your body has gone through the
process of creating an artificial fever which is the natural process
of killing unwanted germs, particularly viruses in the body. If
you want to go beyond virus killing potential and move to tumor
shrinking therapy, research has shown that the body must achieve
temperatures of 107-113 degrees for 40 minute cycles to reduce tumor
growths effectively. This treatment should not be attempted alone
if you are sensitive to heat exhaustion. These temperatures should
not harm the body in any way as long as you are drinking plenty
of fluid, which should be room temperature, not cold. IF you are
sensitive to heat exhaustion, do not do this therapy alone. Keep
someone next to you in case you feel like passing out. If you get
too weak to function or pass out, there generally is no need to
be concerned. Just place the cold towels on the head so the brain
will cool down. Drinking plenty of fluid is very, very important!
Apricot Seeds –contain laetrile,
which destroys cells infected with cancer. Laetrile (B17) supplement
is not legal in the U.S.A., so most people looking for laetrile
treatments must go to Mexico. But apricot seeds provide the highest
source of laetrile, which is known to release a natural substance
that destroys cells infected with cancer. It does not harm any healthy
cell, only cancerous cells. Use raw seeds only. 4-5 seeds chewed
very well on a daily bases or as a person tests for. Seeds are easily
found for sale on the internet.
Alkaline Flush –alkalizes
the body. Most diseases thrive in an acid environment. The immune
system remains strong when the body is in an alkaline state, which
requires a diet of 80% alkaline foods and 20% acid foods. Most of
us aren’t able to keep a diet that balanced, so we need to
re-establish that balance periodically. Remaining alkaline is one
of the best preventative measures for continued overall health.

Calcium is the body’s natural alkalizer. The calcium in egg
shells would be considered inorganic (not from a plant source, thus
not healthy) but when it interacts with lemon juice, it is converted
to a usable ion pattern –which is better than most calcium
supplements.
DIRECTIONS: Place a couple of farm fresh, organic eggs in a small
bowl. Squeeze enough fresh lemon juice to cover the eggs. If you
don't like lemon juice, you can use Bragg's apple cider vinegar.
Leave the eggs soaking in the lemon juice without a lid at room
temperature for 12-24 hours. Remove the eggs and cook them or discard
them. The lemon has leeched the calcium right out of the egg shells
and converted it to a form that the body will use as a form of bioavailable
calcium that we will now use to alkalize the body.
Start with one gallon of steam distilled water. It has an affinity
for attracting inorganic minerals that should not be in the body.
Add as much of the lemon/calcium solution as you can without making
the water so strong that you cannot drink it comfortably. You may
also add just enough dark, grade A Maple Syrup to take the tart
out of the water and supply minerals that serve to give you energy
throughout the day. Add as much of the hottest, high quality cayenne
pepper as you can. The hotter the heating units (HU), the better
the results. Remember that you will be drinking this all day, so
start with just a little, perhaps a quarter of a teaspoon and increase
as you know you are able. The cayenne works to clean your vascular
(circulatory) system and allow the calcium ions to do their job.
Your cleansing material is now ready. You do not have to fast to
get some results, but the flush will work 75% better if you do.
You may fast for 1 – 5 days as you are able. You must drink
at least one gallon of the solution for each day you are cleansing.
This flush is recommended for 1-3 days once each month to restore
alkalinity in the body.
*If the flush does not make the body alkaline enough (verifiable
with pH paper testing) make a quart of water with 1 tsp. of sea
salt and 1 tsp. of baking soda in it. Drink ½ cup of that
solution once or twice each day until the body reaches the pH level
desired.
