Cleansing, Essential To Wellness
All living organisms make waste material
as part of the life process. Digestion, metabolism and
even breathing make a natural form of waste that must
be eliminated so that it will not accumulate and cause
harm to the body. As long as the bowels are moving about
once for each meal eaten, we are urinating because we
are drinking plenty of pure water and generating sweat
through some form of aerobic exercise or movement, the
body will eliminate this naturally occurring waste.
Several hundred hears ago, this was
enough, but the modern world exposes us to more than
100,000 hazardous toxins every day with three new ones
being introduced daily! These toxins are simply too
harsh and too many to be naturally excreted by the body’s
elimination channels. The primary cause of most illness
and disease today includes one or more toxins that have
accumulated in the body and interfere with normal cellular
function. One of the fundamental keys to achieving or
maintaining health is to keep the elimination channels
working well and reducing/eliminating the toxins that
may be accumulating in the body. (steps

You won’t find that we recommend
a lot of supplements in our wellness program other than
a basic nutrient and various intestinal cleansing formulas.
If you remove the accumulated waste and toxins from
the body and follow most of the guidelines in the diet/lifestyle
summary, the body will reverse diseased cells and begin
to regenerate.
