Joint Pain

Joint pain is extremely common. In a national survey, about one-third of adults reported having joint pain within the past 30 days. Knee pain was the most common complaint, followed by shoulder and hip pain. However, joint pain can affect any part of your body, from your shoulders to your ankles. Statistically, as you get older, painful joints become increasingly more common.

When you think joint pain you probably think Arthritis. That is correct in the fact that Arthritis is Greek/Latin for "inflammation in the joint" and inflammation always causes some pain. But placing a label on a symptom doesn't generally help you with "why" you have it. The deeper question should always be, what is the source of that inflammation? I will answer that in a moment.

Joint pain can be a side effect of a number of health conditions, such as: Strain/sprain (injury) that never healed properly, Gout, Arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid arthritis, Lyme's Disease, Bursitis, Lupus, or even a mineral deficiency in the connective tissue.

You do not need to accept joint pain, even if you have been diagnosed with one of the conditions listed above. You can reverse the condition and the painful joints will go away. Yes, you can heal and you can be pain free without drugs and surgery. Except in the case of a recent injury (sprain/ strain) that might be the cause of your joint pain, the source of joint pain is quite simple, the body gets too acidic. I don't mean you drank too much orange juice, I am talking about metabolic pH that can be determined with simple urine and saliva testing you can do right at home. There may be a virus, such as Lyme's disease, but no matter what the root cause, it is creating excessive acidity which leads to joint inflammation and pain. In fact, if you change your pH, you will probably see a great improvement in the possible 'condition' or diagnosis you have as well.

The Joint Pain Remedy is designed to help alkalize the joints and reduce the acidity that ultimately causes the pain. This is done in part because it contains Quantum minerals needed by the connective tissues that make up your joints. There is often an enzyme imbalance in cases of inflammation, so I strongly recommend the Enzyme Complex Remedy in addition to the Joint Pain Remedy. If you know the pain originated from some sort of injury or trauma, please consider adding the Sprain/Strain Relief Remedy to your regimen as well. Long term, you need to get your body pH in a healthy range. Read about how to monitor your daily pH at home.
