Vaccine Damage Alert

Mass vaccination programs fail to protect the population from infectious disease and they actually accelerate the spread of disease in many cases. Vaccines are the definition of modern medicine’s ‘quack’. I am adamantly opposed to routine vaccinations, following are a few of the compelling reasons why.

If I were to list all the facts and evidence that have brought me to the conclusion that 1) Vaccines cause more of the very diseases they are reported to help, and 2) Vaccines are toxic in ways so harmful that they can cause conditions like Autism, I would have to write a series of books. If you are satisfied with reading some of the more important summary points, I have listed them below for your convenience. In summary, the pro-vaccine propaganda published by drug companies is simply a business plan because they profit greatly from vaccines. Vaccines are not about controlling or eliminating disease or God would have made vaccines to grow on trees. Vaccines are all about money. These same companies govern, control and teach the false information to the medical professionals, which is why your medical doctor is promoting vaccinations for you and your children. Remember, your health and that of your children is your choice and responsibility so please choose carefully.

First Look At The Admissions:

  • In the USA in 1960, two virologists discovered that both polio vaccines were contaminated with the SV 40 virus which causes cancer in animals as well as changes in human cell tissue cultures. Millions of children had been injected with these vaccines. (Med Jnl of Australia, 17/3/1973, p. 555)
  • In 1871-2, England, with 98% of the population aged between 2 and 50 vaccinated against smallpox,  experienced its worst ever smallpox outbreak with 45,000 deaths. During the same period in Germany, with a vaccination rate of 96%, there were over 125,000 deaths from smallpox.
  • In Germany, compulsory mass vaccination against diphtheria commenced in 1940 and by 1945 diphtheria cases were up from 40,000 to 250,000. (Hannah Allen, Don’t Get Stuck! The Case Against Vaccinations and Injections. American Natural Hygiene Society, 1985.)
  • In 1967, Ghana was declared measles free by the World Health Organisation after 96% of its population was vaccinated. In 1972, Ghana experienced one of its worst measles outbreaks with its highest ever mortality rate. (Dr H Albonico, MMR Vaccine Campaign in Switzerland, March 1990.)
  • In 1977, Dr Jonas Salk who developed the first polio vaccine, testified along with other scientists, that mass inoculation against polio was the cause of most polio cases throughout the USA since 1961. (Science, 4/4/77, “Abstracts”.)
  • In the UK between 1970 and 1990, over 200,000 cases of whooping cough occurred in fully vaccinated children. (Community Disease Surveillance Centre, UK.)
  • In the 1970’s a tuberculosis vaccine trial in India involving 260,000 people revealed that more cases of TB occurred in the vaccinated than the unvaccinated. (The Lancet, 12/1/80, p. 73.)
  • In 1978, a survey of 30 States in the US revealed that more than half of the children who contracted measles had been adequately vaccinated. (The People’s Doctor, Dr. R. Mendelsohn.)
  • The February 1981 issue of the Journal of the American Medical Association found that 90% of obstetricians and 66% of pediatricians refused to take the rubella vaccine.
  • In 1979, Sweden abandoned the whooping cough vaccine due to its ineffectiveness. Out of 5,140 cases in 1978, it was found that 84% had been vaccinated three times! (BMJ, 283:696-697, 1981.)
  • In the USA, the cost of a single DPT shot had risen from 11 cents in 1982 to $11.40 in 1987. The manufacturers of the vaccine were putting aside $8 per shot to cover legal costs and damages they were paying out to parents of brain damaged children and children who died after vaccination.   • In Oman between 1988 and 1989, a polio outbreak occurred amongst thousands of fully vaccinated children. The region with the highest attack rate had the highest vaccine coverage. The region with the lowest attack rate had the lowest vaccine coverage. (The Lancet, 21/9/91.)
  • In 1990, a UK survey involving 598 doctors revealed that over 50% of them refused to have the Hepatitis B vaccine despite belonging to the high risk group urged to be vaccinated. (British Med Jnl, 27/1/1990.)
  • In the USA, from July 1990 to November 1993, the US Food and Drug Administration counted a total of 54,072 adverse reactions following vaccination. The FDA admitted that this number represented only 10% of the real total, because most doctors were refusing to report vaccine injuries. In other words, adverse reactions for this period exceeded half a million! (National Vaccine Information Centre, March 2, 1994.)
  • In 1990, the Journal of the American Medical Association had an article on measles which stated ” Although more than 95% of school-aged children in the US are vaccinated against measles, large measles outbreaks continue to occur in schools and most cases in this setting occur among previously vaccinated children.” (JAMA, 21/11/90.)
  • In the New England Journal of Medicine July 1994 issue a study found that over 80% of children under 5 years of age who had contracted whooping cough had been fully vaccinated.
  • On November 2nd, 2000, the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) announced that its members voted at their 57th annual meeting in St Louis to pass a resolution calling for an end to mandatory childhood vaccines. The resolution passed without a single “no” vote.

Fever is the Cure!

The Deadliest Killer in the 20th Century causing More Deaths Than All the World Wars, Lurks Right Inside Your House, and Threatens to Take You and Your Family. The Story No One Told You…

In 1918, a virulent, never before seen, form of influenza suddenly appeared. It seemed to kill within hours and spread around the world within days. It also appeared simultaneously all around the world. Its spread was faster than any currently known means of human travel.

In 2004, the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization warned of repeats of such a rapid and deadly pandemic, through such variants of influenza as SARS and Bird Flu. But without knowing what caused the 1918 pandemic or how it spread, how can the CDC or WHO make such a claim, unless they already knew something they were not telling?

As yet no one has been able to identify the actual medical cause of the 1918 Flu, with only a few samples of a “bird-like” virus taken from several cadaver tissue samples with none of them a complete sample. In addition, there are only one or two samples from an estimated 20 to 40 million people who seemed to die mysteriously almost overnight. The 1918 Flu spread faster and killed more people than even the Plague and Black Death of the middle ages. So why does no one talk about it?

Even if the viral cause were identified, no one can explain the lightning fast spread of the disease. Maybe it wasn’t a disease after all.
Many researchers have even looked at some world-wide phenomena, such as extra-terrestrial biology filtering into the atmosphere from outer space. Or maybe, the jet stream spreading disease-laden dust from Asia all around the world in a matter of days. In an area of investigation where there seems to be no real facts and less logic, any “fringe theory” or “outre logic” is just as valid as any other. Maybe something about the 1918 Flu is being covered up. Something that we are not supposed to know.

Actually, there is another rather simple mundane solution to the medical mystery. There did exist in 1918 a new technical invention by which the “disease” was spread almost at the speed of light. The “1918 Flu” was spread around the world almost instantaneously by telephone. Of course, that claim needs an explanation and proof.

In the 1890’s an American chemist made an improvement on an old home folk remedy called Willow or Aspen Tea. It seemed to relieve the pains of old-age gout, arthritis and other assorted pains. But the evil-tasting tea, containing acetylsalicylic acid, was so strong that it caused many people to have nausea and vomiting, along with the pain relief—if they could tolerate drinking the tea. This potion was later neutralized, synthesized and buffered, and then sold to the German Bayer company as a pain reliever.

I have researched the source and history of the name “Aspirin” and found no reasonable explanation. However, I did find that the German Bayer company, in order to sell to both the American and European markets, used a name familiar in both markets. In America the common folk remedy form was called “Aspen Tea” made from boiling willow bark from the Aspen tree family. In Europe, the same home remedy was called “Spirain Tea” made from boiling the leaves of the common European shrub Spirae.

Both preparations were found to contain large amounts of natural acetylsalicylic acid, but unbuffered. Combining the common home-remedy folklore names Aspen and Spirain comes up with the Euro- American brand name Aspirin. My research is the sole source for the information about that unique derivation of the brand name.

The reason for the deep confusion and lack of any clear history about the trade name is that for almost a decade from 1905 to about 1915, the use of the trade name, and the source of the name Aspirin, was tied up in international courts. In the late 1890’s when Aspirin became available as an easy to use “pop a pill” replacement to the sour tasting Aspen or Spirain Teas, many people used it to relieve the pain of joint arthritis. Many users also discovered, quite by accident, a unique side effect. If you had a fever when you took the Aspirin, it also made the fever suddenly go away. What a discovery! It appeared to be a cure for the common cold and flu.

By 1905 many other drug companies were making acetylsalicylic acid preparations and calling it Aspirin, but they were selling it as a common cold remedy. Bayer took these other companies to court and sued over illegal use of their trademark. Many people believe that Bayer lost the decision and lost control of the name Aspirin. Most believe that Aspirin is now a generic name such as Kleenex, Scotch Tape or Xerox. Not so. It was an odd court decision and a confusing compromise. By 1915 it was decided in court that Bayer had the exclusive use of the trade name Aspirin, if it were sold as a pain- relieving analgesic.

The court also found that the other companies could use the name Aspirin, if in their ads and packaging, they claimed that their product was an anti-febril agent or a fever reducer. This odd court decision is still in use today. You can still buy Bayer aspirin to relieve pain and on the store shelf right next to it is Nyquil, Aleve, Tylenol, Motrin, Bufferin, Anacin and a whole long list of others, all containing aspirin or aspirin-like compounds and claiming to be treatments for Colds, Flu and Fever. Reducing fever was not in Bayer’s original patent claim. Bayer didn’t know in 1895 of the use of aspirin as a fever reducer and had not put that in their original trademark application.

So, how does that strange court decision fit into the rapid spread of the1918 Flu? The primary defense which the human body has, to stop the spread of viral infections is to produce a fever. The fever is not a symptom of disease, it is actually the body’s primary anti-viral immune system. The fever stops the telomeres on the ends of viral RNA from making copies of itself.

The telomeres are like a zipper which unzips and separates the new RNA copy within milliseconds, but the telomeres are temperature sensitive and won’t unzip at temperatures above 101F. Thus the high temperature of the fever stops the flu virus from dividing and spreading. It is an immune system response which only mammals have developed to prevent the spread of viral flu infections, mostly 99% come from the more ancient dinosaur-like earth life forms called birds. Almost all influenza is a form of “Avian Flu.” A few influenza forms come from other dinosaur-like life forms, such as the modern reptiles, but these are usually classified as very rare tropical diseases, since that is where most reptiles live.

The doctors in the early 1900’s didn’t know about that and even today few, if any, doctors are aware that fever is not a symptom of disease, but is the primary and only way for the human body to stop viral infections. If you stop or reduce the fever, viruses are allowed to divide and spread uncontrolled throughout the body. I have already described this process in detail in my articles posted in the Brother Jonathan Gazette in 2003, so I won’t go into detail here. Do a search on “SARS” on the Gazette and you’ll find the articles.

Normally the progress of a flu is that a virus enters the mucous membrane lining of the lungs, enters cells, then makes many copies of itself, which causes the cell to expand to such an degree that it bursts open. The new viruses then cloak themselves with a coating taken from the old damaged cell wall, thus hiding themselves from the human body’s own T-cell antibody immune defense system. To the body’s immune system the new viruses simply appear to be pieces of the body’s own lung tissue.

By creating a fever, the viral infection is slowed down sufficiently so that the body’s T cells can find the swollen infected lung cells, surround them and metabolize (literally eat) the damaged cell with strong acids which also breaks down the RNA viruses into basic amino acids. This effectively “kills” the viruses so that they can’t reproduce. But viruses are not living things and you can’t kill something that’s not alive. All the body can do is destroy or dissolve the RNA amino acid chain which makes up the virus.

Not knowing this, most doctors treat the flu with aspirin or fever reducers, as a palliative treatment to ease the aches, pains, and delirium fever effects. The result is that within hours, the fever goes down and the patient feels much better. What neither the patient nor the doctor knows is that with only a normal 98.6F body temperature, the viruses are allowed to reproduce unchecked. Within 72 hours, the viruses have grown from one or two virus bodies to millions or billions. The body is now completely overwhelmed. But while taking aspirin or cold medications, there are no symptoms or warnings of what is yet to come.

As a last resort the body tries to quickly flush the infection of billions of viruses from the lungs with massive amounts of T- cells, and fluid in the lungs to “cough out” the virus. This is called viral pneumonia. Within hours the patient is in the hospital. The doctors try to treat the now 105 degree fever with more anti-febril aspirins, or related medications to “treat the fever.” Then within another 24 hours the patient, suffocating and gasping for breath, is dead.

You should note that the original infection did cause a mild fever, aches and pains, which the patient “self-medicated” with over- the-counter products. For the next several days, the patient seemed to have no symptoms, but was actually growing billions of copies of influenza virus in his lungs. Then days later, the patient and doctor seem to see a sudden rapid case of viral flu infection that is now overwhelming the body. Is that what really happened?

What caused the patient’s death? Was it the original flu virus, or was it the use of Aspirin to lower the flu fever which then shutdown the patient’s own immune system response? Obviously, the latter. So how did this cause the massive rapid spread of the 1918 Flu?

The Bayer court case had just been settled, and many companies other than Bayer, could now legally market aspirin to treat colds and fever. But then “The Great War to End all War” was on, and most aspirin products were going directly to the front lines in France to treat the soldiers in the diseased hell hole trenches of WWI.

The World War I medics knew that aspirin could quickly reduce a fever. If a soldier had a fever, the docs gave aspirin. Magically the fever went down, the soldier felt better and quickly went back to the fighting. Then three days later, the same soldier was back, now with severe pneumonia and died almost overnight.

No doctors then made the connection between aspirin and pneumonia death, since the trenches were filled with many other seemingly related diseases such as diphtheria or tuberculosis. Death and dying on the front line was common, so no investigation was done. Aspirin seemed to be a god-send since it allowed sick soldiers to swiftly get right back into the fighting.

After the Armistice of November 11, 1918 the fighting stopped and the soldiers went home. The soldiers around the world announced the good news to their families back home. Most of the low-ranked doughboys had to wait till they got back to their homebase in Kansas, or wherever, to call home. They couldn’t afford the costly trans- Atlantic deep sea cable phone rates. But when the troops arrived in Kansas, the call from sergeant Tom was something like:

“Hey mom, I’m coming home. I’ll see you and dad next Tuesday in Chattanooga. How’s everybody? Oh, Aunt Esther has a fever? Hey tell her to take some aspirin. Yeah, that stuff in the medicine cabinet for treatin’ the aches and pains. Tell Esther, we used it in France. Works right away and the fever is gone. OK, see you Tuesday….”

So what does Esther do? She tries the aspirin, but the old Bayer label only says its for “aches and pains” and says nothing about fevers. She takes it and magically the fever is gone, and she feels much better, almost cured.  She’s so much better, she gets out the horse and buggy to go see her sister, Lucy in Mt Carmel, where Lucy and the kids are down with the fever. Mt. Carmel has no telephones and even no roads, only the buggy path to reach the outside world. But within hours of sergeant Tom’s phone call home, by word of mouth, everybody in rural Mt. Carmel is now taking aspirin to treat fevers. Since the new information came from a soldier, from the US Army and the government, it must be true!

Within a week of the 1918 Armistice, by newfangled telephone, trans-oceanic telephone cables, and even the experimental ship-to- shore shortwave radios using Morse code, the message was flashed around the world — “Have a fever? Take Aspirin. It worked in France, it’ll work for you.” That message spread at nearly the speed of light over millions of telephone lines all around the world. The news of the “miracle cure” even spread by word of mouth within a day or so, even to places with no phones nor roads.

Mysteriously, a week later, doctors round the world now had hundreds of sick and dying patients. Nobody could figure out why. The patients themselves never reported that just the week before they did have a mild fever. But it was so mild that when they took some aspirin, it simply went away. Nobody made the connection. The doctors only saw, by November 24, 1918 thousands of very sick patients with high fevers, lungs filled with fluid, and swift overnight death.

The medical profession had never seen anything like it before, nor since. It seemed to occur simultaneously all around the world and even reaching into such out of the way places like Mt. Carmel with no telephones nor roads. How could such a massive fast-spreading killer disease exist? It didn’t. It wasn’t a disease. It was a new use for an old home folk remedy which everybody already had in their medicine cabinet, Bayer Aspirin to reduce fever.

The medical profession, at a complete loss to explain it, simply called it the “Spanish Flu” or the “1918 Flu” or many similar names. It was a mystery with no known source, so it was assigned many place names. So far, nobody has been able to prove any single pathogen was responsible. And even if they did, they still can’t explain how it seemed to spread world-wide at almost the speed of light, clear around the world within a week.

To this day there is no explanation. But, now you know. The “disease” was not a single pathogen, but many of the hundreds of similar types of flu which are always existing at any time around the world. What was different in November 1918 was the many hundreds of thousands of almost simultaneous phone calls from the millions of returning sergeant Toms saying, “…tell Aunt Esther to take the aspirin. It worked in France. It’ll work for her…” Nobody traced the spread of the 1918 Flu to sergeant Tom. Nobody made the connection.

That very same source of disease still exists today. What is different today is that cold and flu products are sold and used all year long. This results in an estimated one million deaths from mysterious viral pneumonia reported every year, but also all around the year. In 1918, the new use of aspirin for treating colds and flu all started at the same time in November, thus creating the false impression of a sudden massive onset of a new disease. Even today SARS is not a disease. It is the improper use of a brand new high- tech flu fighter called Tamiflu. The FDA approved the use of Tamiflu several years ago. In 2003 it began to be used world-wide. But how is it used?

Many millions of people around the world still self-treat their own colds and flu with over-the-counter meds containing aspirin. Those are the most commonly sold medications in the world. The patient’s mild fever quickly goes away. They forget about ever having felt sick. Then several days later the patient sees the doctor and now has a high fever, bad cough and fluid-filled lungs. The doctor, using the new CDC and WHO guidelines, treats the hospitalized “flu” patient with the new high-tech Tamiflu. But how often and at what dosage?

The doctors do what they’ve always done for the past 100 years. Tell the nurse to stick a thermometer in the patient’s mouth, increase the Tamiflu dosage by 10cc’s every hour until the fever starts to drop. Then maintain that dosage level until the patient dies. Then blame the death on some new highly contagious lethal virus. Nothing new here. It’s the same old story, since 1918. The only thing different is that they give it a new name like SARS, or Bird Flu or whatever sounds nifty and high-tech. Even today, each year about one million people world-wide die from the very same “disease” which first appeared in the fall of 1918. Has medicine, in the last 100 years, turned this “contagion” from Pandemic by Phone, into Illness by Internet? Is it the rapid and continuous spread of misinformation that is still killing millions?

Diseases Begin in Utero

We know that a woman must be nutritionally balanced in order for a baby to be created (literally)  into a healthy little person. Aging is not the primary cause of unhealthy and diseased babies, accumulation (from exposure) of toxins is. It is logical that the older a person becomes in the modern world, the more toxins they have been exposed to and accumulated in the body. No matter the age, please be aware of the following:

Pollution May Affect Babies’ Genes

NEW YORK – A study of New York City newborns suggests that prenatal exposure to air pollution may be linked to genetic changes associated with an increased risk of cancer, researchers said Tuesday.

The study by Columbia University followed 60 newborns and their non-smoking mothers in low-income neighborhoods, primarily in Harlem and the Bronx.

Their exposure to combustion-related pollutants caused primarily by vehicles was measured by backpack air monitors worn by the women during the third trimester of their pregnancies.

When the babies were born, genetic alterations were measured. Researchers found about a 50 percent increase in the level of persistent genetic abnormalities in the infants who had the higher levels of exposure, said Dr. Frederica Perera, director of the center and senior author of the study.

“We already knew that air pollutants significantly reduced fetal growth, but this is the first time we’ve seen evidence that they can change chromosomes in utero,” Perera said.

She said the kind of genetic changes that occurred have been linked in other studies to increased risk of cancer.

“While we can’t estimate the precise increase in cancer risk,” Perera said, the findings underscore the need for government to take steps to protect children.

The study, published in the journal Cancer Epidemiology Biomarkers and Prevention, is part of a broader multi-year research project started in 1998 that examines the health effects of exposure of pregnant women and babies to air pollutants, pesticides and tobacco smoking.

James Quinn, a biologist at McMaster University in Ontario, Canada, who was one of the authors of an earlier study that examined pollution-related mutations in mice, said the Columbia study merits attention.

“This study adds to a growing list of studies suggesting that anthropogenic air pollution carries health risks and genetic consequences that may affect the next generation,” Quinn said in an e-mail.

Although the research isn’t conclusive and leaves open other possible causes for the genetic changes, Quinn said, the pollutants were “a likely explanation for the elevated anomalies. Presumably there will be follow-up experimental work.”

Christopher Somers, a research associate at the University of Regina who was another author of the mouse study, said, “The fact that the simple act of an expectant mother breathing might cause chromosome abnormalities in her unborn child is cause for concern.”

Unborn babies carry pollutants, study finds

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Unborn U.S. babies are soaking in a stew of chemicals, including mercury, gasoline byproducts and pesticides, according to a report released on Thursday.

Although the effects on the babies are not clear, the survey prompted several members of Congress to press for legislation that would strengthen controls on chemicals in the environment.

The report by the Environmental Working Group is based on tests of 10 samples of umbilical-cord blood taken by the American Red Cross. They found an average of 287 contaminants in the blood, including mercury, fire retardants, pesticides and the Teflon chemical PFOA.

“These 10 newborn babies … were born polluted,” said New York Rep. Louise Slaughter, who spoke a news conference about the findings on Thursday.

“If ever we had proof that our nation’s pollution laws aren’t working, it’s reading the list of industrial chemicals in the bodies of babies who have not yet lived outside the womb,” Slaughter, a Democrat, said.

Cord blood reflects what the mother passes to the baby through the placenta.

“Of the 287 chemicals we detected in umbilical-cord blood, we know that 180 cause cancer in humans or animals, 217 are toxic to the brain and nervous system, and 208 cause birth defects or abnormal development in animal tests,” the report said.

Blood tests did not show how the chemicals got into the mothers’ bodies, or what their effects might be on the babies.


MERCURY AND PESTICIDES

Among the chemicals found in the cord blood were methylmercury, produced by coal-fired power plants and certain industrial processes. People can breathe it in or eat it in seafood and it causes brain and nerve damage.

Also found were polyaromatic hydrocarbons, or PAHs, which are produced by burning gasoline and garbage and which may cause cancer; flame-retardant chemicals called polybrominated dibenzodioxins and furans; and pesticides including DDT and chlordane.

The same group analyzed the breast milk of mothers across the United States in 2003 and found varying levels of chemicals, including flame retardants known as PBDEs. This latest analysis also found PBDEs in cord blood.

Slaughter had similar tests done on her own blood.

“The stunning results show chemicals daily pumping through my vital organs that include PCBs that were banned decades ago as well as chemicals like Teflon that are currently under federal investigation,” she said in remarks prepared for the news conference.

“I have auto exhaust fumes, flame retardant chemicals, and in all, some 271 harmful substances pulsing through my veins. That’s hardly the picture of health I had hoped for, but I’ve been living in an industrial society for over 70 years.”

The Government Accountability Office issued a report on Wednesday saying the Environmental Protection Agency does not have the powers it needs to fully regulate toxic chemicals.

The GAO, the investigative arm of Congress, found that the EPA’s Toxic Substances Control Act gives only “limited assurance” that new chemicals entering the market are safe and said the EPA only rarely assesses chemicals already on the market.

“Today, chemicals are being used to make baby bottles, food packaging and other products that have never been fully evaluated for their health effects on children — and some of these chemicals are turning up in our blood,” said New Jersey Democrat Sen. Help That Fever-NO meds

Why does the body get a fever to start with? The answer is not because you are deficient in aspirin. No, the body creates a fever because it is trying to kill off some sort of infection. If you view the body’s natural response to heal itself as idiotic, then by all means stop the fever. But if you think the body was wonderfully created with the ability to heal, then perhaps we should help the body rather than stopping its healing process. In order to help the body with a fever, we actually want to induce a productive fever, an Artificial Fever. We want to help the body burn up germs and microbes that have begun to overwhelm the immune system. The Artificial Fever works best particularly for viral pathogens, but it can help shrink some forms of tumors as well.

Warnings and Safeties: The artificial fever as described below is safe for all ages, including small children and infants. A fever is not harmful in any way to the body unless the brain gets too hot. Even then there is no concern unless the temperature starts to reach 104 degrees F or higher. You may monitor the temperature during the Artificial Fever if you desire. If you see it reaching 104, you can keep cool towels on the head during the artificial fever so the brain remains cool. The body should stay hot because it is helping to achieve the “artificial” fever. I know this appears opposite of what most medical advice promotes, but it works amazing!

You will need:

  1. A tub filled with hot water.
  2. A pail with a washcloth and sheet, pail filled with ice water.
  3. A sheet or pair of warm clothes to put on and go to sleep in.
  4. A bed or place to sleep where you can sweat without staining your sheets. An old sleeping bag or old sheets on the bed with plastic under them.

FILL THE TUB: To induce an artificial fever you will need to sit in bath water as hot as you can stand it for 20 minutes. Please be sensible, the water should be as hot as you can stand, but not hot enough to burn skin or hurt you in any way. 80% of people don’t need a heater, but in more severe cases it is best to have a small heater running in the bathroom to keep the air very warm or the water will cool off and it will diminish much of the affect.

READY COOL CLOTH: As the water is filling the tub and the heater is warming up the air, place a hand towel and a bed sheet in a pail or bowl filled with ice water. Place the pail within reach of the tub as you may want to keep the small towel within reach to be used on the head to keep the brain cool (if you feel you are getting too hot or feel like you might pass out). Some people get real weak in that much heat, so you may want to have a friend handy to help you with this final part. After twenty minutes of soaking in the hot bath water, get out and immediately wrap yourself in the cold sheet. It sounds dramatic, but you will be hot enough by then that you will welcome it. We are looking for the drastic temperature change in the skin, so get out of the hot water and wrap up in the ice cold sheet as quickly as possible. The heat from the body will overcome the cool of the sheet very quickly. When it does, you may discard the sheet and wrap up in something that will keep you warm enough to sweat. A cotton sheet is great idea, or maybe an old pair of sweats.

SLEEP AND SWEAT: You may now leave the bathroom and go to your place of rest. The goal now is to sleep and sweat (so don’t wrap up in something that can’t get wet; you may want to put some garbage bags between your mattress and sheets?). When you wake up, or are through resting, you are finished. Try to rest for at least 20 minutes although a longer nap would be preferred. Your body has gone through the process of creating an artificial fever which is the natural process of killing unwanted germs, particularly viruses in the body.

TUMOR SHRINKING: If you want to go beyond germ killing potential and move to tumor shrinking therapy, research has shown that the body must achieve external temperatures of 107-113 degrees for 40 minute cycles to reduce tumor growths effectively. This treatment should not be attempted alone if you are sensitive to heat exhaustion. These temperatures should not harm the body in any way as long as you are drinking plenty of fluid, which should be room temperature, not cold. IF you are sensitive to heat exhaustion, do not do this therapy alone. Keep someone next to you in case you feel like passing out. If you get too weak to function or pass out, there generally is no need to be concerned. Just place the cold towels on the head so the brain will cool down. Drinking plenty of fluid is very, very important! Getting dehydrated is what causes most medical emergencies.

The Aspirin/Heart Myth

Nearly ten years ago, Dr. John G. F. Cleland, a cardiologist from the University of Hull in the U.K., wrote an excellent article published in the British Journal of Medicinei casting doubt upon the efficacy of aspirin therapy for prevention of heart attacks.

Based on a series of meta-analyses from the Antithrombotic Trialists’ Collaborationii, which is an enormous body of research following more than 100,000 patients at high risk for cardiac events, Dr. Cleland concluded aspirin therapy was NOT shown to save lives.

He made the following main points:

  • Antiplatelet activity of aspirin is not as safe and effective as widely believed.
  • All large, long-term trials involving people treated with aspirin after having a heart attack show no benefit for mortality. In other words, those who take aspirin don’t live any longer than those who don’t.
  • Aspirin seems to change the way vascular events present themselves, rather than preventing them. The number of non-fatal events may be reduced, but there is an INCREASE in sudden deaths. Aspirin may conceal a cardiac event in progress.

He wrote that the studies claiming aspirin is beneficial are seriously flawed, and interpretation of those studies is biased. In the years since Cleland’s original research, there have been numerous studies pointing out aspirin’s questionable benefit, as well as its sizeable risks.

More Science Showing Aspirin’s Dismal Failure

In 2004, Dr. Cleland published the results of a new study (Warfarin/Aspirin Study in Heart Failure, or WASH) in the American Heart Journal in which he investigated antithrombotic strategies in 279 patients with heart failure. He found that the patients who received aspirin treatment actually showed the worst cardiac outcomes, especially worsening heart failure. Dr. Cleland concluded there was “no evidence that aspirin is effective or safe in patients with heart failure.”

Then in 2010, another studyiii looked into whether or not patients taking aspirin before an acute coronary syndrome (ACS) were at higher risk of recurrent problems or mortality. ACS is a term used for any condition brought on by sudden, reduced blood flow to the heart, such as a heart attack or unstable angina. The study found that patients who were taking aspirin showed a higher risk for recurrent heart attack and associated heart problems.

Thus far, aspirin’s performance is quite unimpressive. But what about aspirin’s benefits specifically for women?  As it turns out, aspirin fares no better with women.

In 2005, Harvard conducted a studyiv to investigate whether or not low-dose aspirin offered cardiovascular benefits for women. They followed nearly 40,000 healthy women for a full 10 years. Again, the results did not show any heart benefit from aspirin therapy; researchers concluded aspirin did NOT lower the risk of heart attack or death from cardiovascular causes among women.

Aspirin Never Proven Safe or Effective for Diabetics

Cardiovascular disease is a serious concern if you have diabetes, and a number of studies have set out to determine whether aspirin can offer a degree of protection. Three studies have shown the benefits to be either inconclusive, or nonexistent.

  1. In 2009, a study in the British Medical Journalv found no clear evidence that aspirin is effective in preventing cardiovascular events in people with diabetes. Results differed between men and women, but overall, they found no clear benefit and called for more studies on aspirin’s toxicity.
  2. Also in 2009, a Swedish studyvi examined the effects of aspirin therapy in diabetic patients. Researchers found no clear benefit that aspirin is beneficial for diabetics but did note that it can increase the risk for serious bleeding in some of them. They stated that the current guidelines for aspirin therapy should be revised until further study is done.
  3. In 2010, a meta-analysisvii in the U.K. examined six trials consisting of 7374 diabetic patients, comparing the relative cardiac risks for aspirin users and non-users. They concluded, as did the other researchers, that aspirin did not reduce heart attack risk for diabetic individuals.

It’s pretty clear that aspirin isn’t all that it’s cracked up to be when it comes to preventing you from having a heart attack. But is it doing any harm? Well, as it turns out, the answer is yes—in a number of possible ways.

Aspirin Increases Your Risk of Hemorrhage, GI Damage, and Several Other Problems. Routine use of aspirin has been associated with the following problems:

In fact, there are studies listed on Greenmedinfox showing aspirin’s connection with 51 different diseases! The most well established side effect of aspirin is bleeding, which results from aspirin’s interference with your platelets—the blood cells that allow your blood to clot. According to one scientific articlexi, long-term low-dose aspirin therapy may DOUBLE your risk for gastrointestinal bleeding.

You can certainly understand how a bleed is possible, given what is known about the effects aspirin has on your GI tract.

For example, a studyxii done earlier this year investigated the effects of low-dose aspirin on the gastrointestinal tracts of healthy volunteers. After only two weeks, the group receiving aspirin showed “small bowel injuries” capable of interfering with blood flow (diagnosed upon endoscopic examination). And a 2009 Australian studyxiii showed that aspirin causes gastroduodenal damage even at the low doses used for cardiovascular protection (80mg).

The damage to your duodenum—the highest part of your intestine into which your stomach contents pass—can result in duodenal ulcers, which are prone to bleeding. A Japanese studyxiv found a higher incidence of bleeding at the ulcer cites of patients with duodenal ulcers taking low-dose aspirin therapy, versus those not taking LDA. More than 10 percent of patients taking low-dose aspirin develop peptic ulcers.

The risk of bleeding is particularly pronounced in the elderly, which is very concerning as the elderly are often put on aspirin prophylactically to protect against cardiovascular disease. With all of these adverse effects, why risk it when there are safer and more effective alternatives?

Colon Flushing w/ Water

My motto for discovering the secrets to health and wellness always begin with, “How was it intended to be?” As in, “How did nature create it to be?” With this concept driving my search for a solution, I used to say that if we were intended to have a colonic, we would have been designed with a spicket on our hind end. But then, I also believe one can learn from nature and from time to time, a heron will suck up a beak full of water, twist its neck around and insert the beak into its own anus, squirting the water deep into its bowels to flush out the putrid debris and other residue from its fish-based diet. So perhaps we should consider the benefits of flushing the colon with water. Add the fact that just about every disease you can think of has been either reversed, halted or greatly decreased by doing colon flushes, and it seems we have all the proof we need.

There are many supplement products on the market promoting to help the body flush waste material from the colon, gallbladder and various tissues. Some products promote the elimination of parasites, candida or other “bad guys”. But all of these parasites, candidas and other toxins are only in your body, only an issue, because you have accumulated waste that serves to host them. Imagine finding mold under your kitchen sink. There is no mystery how it got there, it is well evident that there is a leak somewhere. Just as mold needs a water source to grow and thrive, so does every harmful germ and pathogen. So is it more effective to always chase the germs or better to change the environment so they don’t have such a great place to thrive?

Do you have to do water flushing to be healthy? Nope. Many people have lived long lives without them. But in a world where real food is practically extinct, the body just isn’t getting the kinds of things that the old generations ate. It is difficult to find a food that has not been sprayed with some chemical or pesticide, or has not been processed, genetically altered or had something added to it. Here are some reasons you might consider the colon flush with water:

  • If your diet contains meat, dairy or cheese.
  • If your diet contains any kind of refined carbohydrates or bread.
  • If you are on a health program that just doesn’t seem to be getting you well.
  • If you require lots of supplements to get you by.
  • You have a very serious health condition.
  • If you like to do everything in your power to retain health and longevity.

Dr. Bernard Jensen was one of the first people to document the toxic waste that builds up in the colon in his book, Tissue Cleansing Through Bowel Management. “I coined the term mucoid plaque, meaning a film of mucus, to describe the unhealthy accumulation of abnormal mucous matter on the walls of the intestines. Conventional medicine knows this as a layering of mucin or glycoproteins (made up of 20 amino acids and 50% carbohydrates) which are naturally and appropriately secreted by intestines as protection from acids and toxins.” The body forms this mucus as a protection mechanism to trap all the toxins and poisons that would otherwise circulate back into the body. But left in the body long enough, they become overly toxic and cause disease.

What you see in the photo below is not a normal stool sample but chunks of the mucoid passed from clients. Can you imagine how toxic that would be left inside your intestine?

If you are ready to eliminate the mucoid plaque, remember that the following instructions on flushing the colon with water are IN ADDITION to the products mentioned in the Colon Cleansing Blog (show below):

  1. Intestinal Cleanser 1 (one scoop in apple juice 1-3 times a day)
  2. Intestinal Cleanser 2 (eight capsules each day for 8 days)
  3. Bowel Stimulant (start with 1 each night, increase one capsule daily to bowel tolerance -meaning if you get diarrhea, back down one pill. Take as many as you can each evening without getting diarrhea).
  4. Lemonade-Master Cleanse (the body rarely releases mucoids unless you are fasting)

Colon flushing with water means water needs to be flushed into the colon. This is known as a high enema or a colema, the personal version of a colonic. While an enema delivers a small amount of solution that is retained and released, a colema delivers a continuous flow of water. As the water slowly runs into the colon, you hold it in the colon as long as possible. When no longer able to hold it, you release it into the toilet. The water does not stop running during this part, so after the release you slowly begin to accumulate water again and hold it as long as you can. This continues until 3-5 gallons have been flushed in and out of the colon. Each time you release the water and begin to retain it again, the water goes a little further up into the colon with hopes of getting as much of a complete flush as possible.

As you can see in the photos below, a special colema board is used to do the colon flush. The primary reason for the board is because the water must flow continuously into the colon, so you remain in a relaxed, slightly inclined postion with your bottom held against the part of the board over the toilet. The tip inserted into the rectum in a colema is actually smaller in diameter than a pencil and only inserts a couple of inches. Because of the amount of solution, the process can take up to 45 minutes depending on how fast you have the water flowing. A colema is much more thorough than an enema. Some say it takes seven enemas to get the results of one colema.

“It’s like changing the oil in your car,” says Guy Hopkins, the 60-year-old owner of The Spa Resort on the Thai island of Koh Samui, whose eyes glint with evangelical zeal when he talks about colonic irrigation. “If you don’t do it every so often, your body isn’t going to run that well. We constantly put the wrong fuel in our bodies and, sure, they keep on going, but cleanse yourself and you’ll be amazed how much better you’ll feel.”

REVIEW OF COLEMA SETUP FOR PRIVATE USE

  1. You will need a colema cleansing kit, which includes the board, bucket, hose and colema tip. You can investigate your own sources, but at the time this was written, the following website had the best deal and board – homecolonic.com. You can use it over and over, simply purchase extra tips for other people that might use the board. I DO NOT endorse the supplements, but the board and kit are a great deal.
  2. Water is the basic solution for flushing and you should start with clean well water or distilled water, never tap water with chlorine in it.
  3. You will desire a bit of lubricant, such as olive oil or KY jelly to put on the tip.
  4. A pillow and soft pad or old blanket to place on the board for added comfort is recommended…perhaps one you can dedicate to this project only.
  5. Perhaps a book or soft music as the process will take you 45-60 minutes to complete your flush.

REVIEW OF PROCEDURE

  1. Situating the colema board. The colema board should have a hole in one end of it. This end will rest in a centered position over the toilet bowl. It is best to have the toilet seat raised. The other end of the board will rest on a solid chair. It is best to have a slight elevation on the end of the board that sits on the chair (perhaps an inch or two.) You will be lying on this board, so try to make a stable condition with your board and your chair. If your bathroom is too small to accommodate the colema setup as mentioned, you can use a 5 gallon bucket in the place of a toilet and simply empty the bucket when you are finished.
  2. Placing the water bucket. The water, which we will now refer to as solution should be situated so that the bottom of the bucket is anywhere from 20-40+ inches above the colema board. You will need a 3-5 gallon bucket. You may want to place your bucket in its position and then fill it with your solution rather than filling it first and having to lift the filled bucket to your desired position.
  3. Making your solution. You can do some research and use any solution you want. You will need to prepare at least three gallons total, but as many as five gallons are recommended if you have a bucket that will hold that amount. Most water temperatures for giving Colonics range from cool to very warm, but should be a comfortable temperature for the individual user. Warmer temperatures are generally best so they relax the intestinal muscle. You can test the solution temperature by putting some on your wrist, the way you might test a baby bottle, or stick your elbow in the water and see how it feels. You may use plain, pure water, one of the solutions I list below, or some other option you desire.
  4. Outfitting the board. You will be lying on the board for 45 minutes, maybe more, so you will want to create a comfortable position. Consider placing an old towel or blanket or pad on the board, but keep it 8-12 inches from the hole that is over the toilet. Place a pillow or two at the end of the board farthest from the toilet for your head.
  5. Final steps. When everything seems to be in position, put your lubricant (olive oil or KY jelly) in reaching distance from the board. Put the tip of the hose over the hole in the colema board and slowly open the bull clip allowing all the air to run out of the hose. When you see the solution emerging, shut the bull clip. Turn on your music or put your book on the pillow. You are now ready to lay on the board. The most important part is that you have your feet on the board on either side of the board (as seen in the photo) with your buttocks tightly sealed against the buttock support of the board over the toilet bowl. Before you get your final position, you will need to insert the tip into the rectum, but you should make sure you know just where your final position will be first. The water will be flowing into the rectum and colon and then eliminated into the toilet. When elimination occurs, you want the waste to flow down the opening into the toilet, not all over the board or on the floor. Get a tight fitting position and get comfortable, you are now ready to begin.
  6. Beginning the colema. The end of the hose should have a tip that is about 6 inches long. This is only inserted about 3 inches into the rectum. It may be wisest to place your fingers about three inches from the end of the tip, lubricate the tip a little bit and insert until your fingers meet your hind end. This way you assure you have not pushed the tip too far. To insert the entire tip may be fine for some, but for others it may push against the delicate intestinal lining causing irritation or even harm. You cannot insert the tip while your buttock is tight against the buttock support, so once the tip is inserted, position the hose between your legs. When ready, open the clamp to allow the solution to flow freely into the colon. Open it ever so slightly at first so you can acclimate to the experience without feeling too much stress.
  7. Relax, hold and eliminate. It does not work well if you do not relax. The goal is to hold the solution in the colon. You will slowly begin to feel the water accumulate. You will then have an urge to release it, like you have to go to the bathroom, but try and hold it as long as you can. When you can no longer hold it, release it into the toilet and then start to hold the water again. Adjust the water flow coming out of the bucket to your comfort. Continue to hold as long as possible and release until the contents of the bucket is spent.
  8. Helpful massage. Start massaging upward on the left side (descending colon). If you find tender, sore spots, continue to massage that area until the tenderness is gone. Continue upwards just below the ribs, then across just below the ribcage (transverse colon), and down the right side (ascending colon). Try to eliminate sensitive areas as you proceed.

Solution Options

  • Warm water is the most original option, the most common. Just plain, clean water heated to a warm temperature. Remember, no city water with flouride in it! Clean well water or distilled water.
  • Diluted coffee is the second solution. If you have a history of liver difficulties, joint problems, inflammation, pain, brown age spots, skin conditions or any chronic condition, you may want to use this option. Make two cups of coffee at regular strength as if you were going to drink it, making sure the coffee is steeped or perked, not instant. You will be adding these two cups of coffee to your 3-5 gallons of water, so it will be very diluted. If you have no adverse reactions, which means no pain of any kind, you may increase the amount of coffee in your next colema until up to half of your total solution is coffee. Keep in mind that the more coffee you use, the more “awake” you may be, so don’t do it at night if this will be a problem.
  • Water and minced garlic is often used if you suspect a lot of parasites. There are a lot of people blaming all kinds of health conditions on parasites. A sign I might use to determine if you need this option would be rectal itching. If you have these symptoms, you might consider 6-10 cloves of garlic minced very small and then mixed into your bucket of water. Chunks of garlic could clog up your colema tube, so it is best to put the garlic in a blender with a cup or two of water, strain it after blending and put the water in your colema solution. Mix well! Concentrated garlic in the lining of the intestine will probably cause some irritation.
  • Lugol’s iodine is another option. Some say it is the absolute best option for helping the body detach and remove the mucoid plaque linings. It will also draw any radiation from the body if you have had a lot of x-rays, CT scans, radiation therapy or been exposed to it at work or in the environment. Make sure you are not allergic to iodine. If you have no allergies to shellfish you are probably fine, actual iodine allergies are extremely rare. Start with just a teaspoon in the solution and increase to tablespoon, then increase one tablespoon each colema until you are using about 4-6 tablespoons in your solution.

What to expect from your colema

The effetiveness depends in large part to how much you have invested in your cleanse. Have you taken the four products mentioned above on a daily basis? That helps loosen things up. To really get the good effects, you will need to fast, you may use the Lemonade-Master cleanse as a guide for fasting. Do a colema every day of your fast if you can.

It is not unusual to pass rope-like material that is somewhat lengthy and elastic. Some of the success of the colema may depend on the massaging technique as that helps loosen waste from the intestinal wall. You may use an electric massager if you prefer. What to expect really depends on your level of curiosity or dedication to the process. Some people cannot fathom the process all together and just want it over and done with as soon as possible. But participation in your own process will make it more effective. The experienced and curious often put a colander in the toilet prior to the colema so they can analyze and confirm the effects of the process You should examine such debris carefully wearing protective gloves, but most use chop sticks of some small hook to investigate the possible mysteries. I know, to some of you, this sounds beyond barbaric, but keep in mind that there is nothing being eliminated that you did not first pass through your mouth. It can’t be that disgusting. If it is, you may want to consider what you are putting in your mouth and calling food.

If you are over thirty, look for a sticky Grey or Brown substance resembling the white of an egg or a jellyfish (unhealthy mucous). Do not flush the toilet during the entire Colonic, so you can see what comes out. If you have any kind of chronic ailment, you undoubtedly will have some black incrustations which may have been loosened by the products but cannot be eliminated because of twisted kinks in the colon. If there are no absolute blockages, these black incrustations may come out in small or large chunks, or as long ribbons, or as hard and tough pieces resembling pieces of truck tires you have seen on the highway, but smaller of course.

If you are unable to give yourself a Colema, contact a Colon Therapist (often referred to as colonics) who gives them, but make him/her give the massage too. Just running a mass of water into the colon is not wholly desirable (Massaging is preferable).

Colon Cleansing

Death Begins in the Colon. That sounds a bit harsh doesn’t it? But that is the statement made by Dr. Bernard Jensen, one of the best natural healers of his time. He operated a clinic where people would come and get healed after the medical doctors said there was no hope. One of his specialties was colon cleansing with high enemas, which is a sort of do-it-yourself colonic and deeper flush. Decades later, after seeing all sorts of ungodly things pass from people, then becoming better, he wrote a book about it called, ‘Tissue Cleansing Through Bowel Management’.

If you get into natural health, you will begin to learn about nutrition and you will definitely begin to hear that you need to cleanse. There is great misunderstanding around what a ‘cleanse’ is or should be, but the target of cleansing is generally the Colon. It makes sense as the colon is where the body sends all waste products until they are eliminated in a bowel movement. The body is a very efficient system, “fearfully and wonderfully made” as long as you are only ingesting items that the body was actually intended to deal with. Today’s modern world offers us so many tasty and enticing things that do not belong in the body, and most people get precious little fiber to help entrap those items and hold them for elimination.

Nature’s protective mechanism is to secrete mucus in the colon to protect against toxins, poisons and other waste products. It works along with fiber to trap those things that might do the body harm. Because the average diet has strayed so far from the foods and items the body was designed to process, the protective mechanism is forced to work continuously producing an abundance of mucus with little chance of it being eliminated. Layer piles upon layer, mucus thickens and becomes gel like, often hardens like rubber…you can imagine how toxic that is to just sit in the body.

But wait, you had a colonoscopy and it showed everything was squeaky clean, so you definitely don’t need any colon cleansing. And yet, when those same people get on a serious colon cleanse, what is that nasty stuff they are passing, and where did it come from? The simple fact is that unless you have been eating an almost completely raw, vegan, organic diet, than you have the need for colon cleansing.

While I do not promote that a vegetarian diet is the best for everyone, meat, dairy and refined carbohydrates are foods that the human intestine was not created or designed to deal with. Animals in nature that eat meat as a staple in their diets have very short colons. Humans have a colon that is 6-8 feet long. When an acid food must spend that much time in transit, it promotes secretion of the elements the body will use to build mucoid linings. But no matter what the diet, linings will develop. The reason for this is that food must be completely digested or the body treats that food like a foreign substance. It may even treat it like a toxin depending on your inability to absorb and metabolize all the elements in that food. Overall, the healthier you eat, the fewer linings you will have and you will not need to do colon flushing as often. But you can safely assume that you have mucoid linings that need elimination, like the ones in the photo.

We assume that when we eat food, the body extracts the nutrients it can and the rest is sent to the colon where it is passed when we have a bowel movement. We have discussed that one bowel movement per meal is healthy, and should be considered regular. But regular still does not predict that the intestine is actually passing all of the waste material. When you eat something the body is not fully able to digest, the body also becomes confused with how to eliminate properly. At least Ninety-five percent of what you eat is supposed to be moved out as waste. The only thing the body takes are the nutrients and only five percent of healthy fruits and vegetables is nutrition, the rest is pulp and fiber that remains in the intestine as waste for elimination. Imagine what percent of unhealthy foods need to be passed . . . 99.5%? Now suppose your body has not been passing the entire contents of the waste you have been consuming. This percent begins to rot and putrefy along the walls of your intestine. Not just your large intestine, it forms in your small intestine as well. And there are over twenty feet of it.

The body considers this waste as toxic material that will be absorbed into the main circulation, which means an eventual threat to health. The defense is to produce mucous and place it as a protective covering around the toxic waste. Over time, you get more and more of this and it literally goes from putrefied to petrified. These are referred to as mucoid linings- mucus formed as a response to toxins which hardens into a rubbery lining. Many of the old linings that people pass are literally as hard at tire rubber. People can’t cut them with a knife. So when I say petrify, I mean petrify. And all this started with innocent undigested food, which might have been assumed good for you. I have supplied a few photos so that you might understand why you feel terrible, and why disease can so easily take over a body. It’s no different than putting a little sugar, salt and flour in your gas tank every time you fill the car and then wondering why you lose performance over time. After a certain amount of build up, the car starts to sputter and stall and eventually just shuts down the motor. When you take the motor apart, you find all this gunk and it seems perfectly reasonable that the engine would no longer run. We understand why a motor needs cleaning and maintenance, yet we assume our organic, living, biological bodies are unstoppable. Why do we assume our body is different?

So what is the best cleanse? There are tons of options, most in supplement form. Some are pretty good and some are complete trash, so here are some tips.

  1. Increase your fiber. If you equate the fact that the human body was designed to be fed raw fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and grains (all very high fiber), and all nutrition comprises 5% or less of a food, it leaves 95% of our diet is intended to be fiber! If you don’t have a diet that equates, take our IC-1 on a daily basis. Because most of our diets contain (or in the past contained) chemicals, preservatives, toxic metals, dyes and so forth, you need something that will help attract and bind to the toxins in the colon so they can be eliminated. Consider the IC-2 product along with the IC-1 for a more thorough cleanse.
  2. The second big issue is water. The intestine needs water to keep that sludge moving along. What moves easiest in a tube, watered down sludge or try, pasty sludge? How much water is enough? Take your body weight, divide it by two and that number is how many ounces you need a day. If you are not thirsty enough to want that much water, you are probably too sedentary, so get off your tush and work up a thirst. For those of you who drink the right amount and say the water just goes right through you, or you have dry skin anyway, look at some Thyroid support. You may need Thyroid Support and be Iodine deficient.
  3. The third issue for colon cleansing is exercise. The intestine is full of muscles that move the food from one end to the other in a wave called peristalsis. This is literally a muscle contraction. Some of it is instigated by a brain signal, but lots of it is initiated by your daily movement and abdominal muscle signals.
  4. Did you know that the bile produced by your liver (and stored in the gallbladder) can melt cement? Yes, it is used for digesting fats and other elements, but it also serves to keep the stool soft and moving along. Besides water, nature’s stool softener is bile. If you have a tendency toward liver congestion, you can take the Bowel Stimulant. This stuff works like nothing you have ever seen .. it will make you proud! While the Bowel Stimulant is all herbal and will cause you no harm, take it for a while to regain some regulation. If you need a daily “help” see if you can stay regular with the IC-1 fiber each evening. Take the Bowel Stimulant when you need additional help (weekends maybe?).
  5. Colon Cleanse Recipe. The tips above are for natural colon cleansing. If you desire to move old waste material out like the mucus and toxic stuff that is likely in there, use them all together. Start with the IC-1, use a scoop each evening. Make sure you do ok on that for a couple days. Then add in the IC-2 as directed. Do that for one day. The second day, add a Bowel Stimulant with dinner. The goal is to get as many bowel movements as possible without causing diarrhea. So the third day, if you think you can add another Bowel Stimulant, do it. Go as high as you can WITHOUT causing diarrhea. DO NOT do this if you are pregnant or nursing though.
  6. Real Cleansing. I am sorry to tell you that the body is unable to fully clean while it is also having to digest food. Ok, so maybe you don’t eat anything from dinner time to breakfast or even lunch each day .. is that plenty of time to clean house? If you have a really healthy diet, as in almost all raw, vegan diet, yes, you are fine, but make sure you are getting some breakfast. The body tries to clean while you are sleeping and fruits are cleansers, so the more ripe, in season fruit you can eat in the morning, the better. If you are not a super dedicated raw vegan, the only way to do a thorough cleanse is to fast. No, not for a whole day silly, it takes 10 days to get to the deep tissues. Each day you are not eating, the body goes a little deeper in its ability to dump old waste. I don’t really recommend water fasting for most, so look into the Lemonade-Master Cleanse. Add the products listed and use the way I described in #5 above and you will almost surely pass mucoid linings of your own.
  7. Die Hard Cleansing. What? Like 10 days of fasting with lots of extra pooping isn’t die hard enough? Add some colon flushing to that and you can consider yourself a certified die hard cleanser. In this step you are combining points #5 and #6 above, and flushing the colon with water.

Microwave Death

Below is a Science fair project presented by a girl in a secondary school in Sussex. In it she took filtered water and divided it into two parts. The first part she heated to boiling in a pan on the stove, and the second part she heated to boiling in a microwave. Then after cooling she used the water to water two identical plants to see if there would be any difference in the growth between the normal boiled water and the water boiled in a microwave.

She was thinking that the structure or energy of the water may be compromised by microwave. As it turned out, even she was amazed at the difference, after the experiment which was repeated by her class mates a number of times and had the same result.


It has been known for some years that the problem with microwaved anything is not the radiation people used to worry about, it’s how it corrupts the DNA in the food so the body can not recognize it.

Microwaves don’t work different ways on different substances. Whatever you put into the microwave suffers the same destructive process. Microwaves agitate the molecules to move faster and faster. This movement causes friction which denatures the original make-up of the substance. It results in destroyed vitamins, minerals, proteins and generates the new stuff called radiolytic compounds, things that are not found in nature.

So the body wraps it in fat cells to protect itself from the dead food or it eliminates it fast. Think of all the Mothers heating up milk in these ‘Safe’ appliances. What about the nurse in Canada that warmed up blood for a transfusion patient and accidentally killed him when the blood went in dead. But the makers say it’s safe, I wonder if the plants agree?

Ten Reasons to dispose off your Microwave Oven
From the conclusions of the Swiss, Russian and German scientific clinical studies, we can no longer ignore the microwave oven sitting in our kitchens. Based on this research, one can conclude this article with the following:

I love to see people get well at home. I love to see them learn and become responsible and take care of health challenges without drugs or surgery, but there are some signs that may indicate the need for immediate professional help. The emergency room is the one time modern medicine is definitely well equipped and amazing! If you have a life threatening condition, please do not try to deal with it at home, call 911 or go to emergency room!

Please Consider The Emergency Room If:

Arm and leg weakness (unilateral)
Unilateral is muscle weakness on one side of the body. If it is not the result of your arm or leg falling asleep because you were sitting or laying on it, arm and leg weakness can be caused by malfunction of part of the brain, spinal cord, or spinal nerves..call 911!

Rectal bleeding
A person with rectal bleeding can see red blood in the toilet or on the toilet tissue. The most common causes of rectal bleeding are hemorrhoids and anal fissures. This should not be an emergency unless you are passing quite a bit of blood or the bleeding does not stop.

Coughing up blood
A person with hemoptysis is coughing up blood from the lungs. Many blood vessels lie under the inside surface of the lung tissue.  Causes of hemoptysis include injury, infection, or inflammation, or sometimes a tumor. If you cough up a lot of blood, a blood clot or a little bit of blood more than 3 times, call 911.

Vomiting blood
A person who is vomiting blood has bleeding in the esophagus, stomach, or upper part of the intestine. Bleeding from these structures is called upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Common causes of upper gastrointestinal bleeding include gastritis, esophagitis, esophageal varices, and peptic ulcer disease. If it is just a little bit of blood in the vomit with no pain you may not have an emergency. If you vomit blood and have pain, call 911.

Black stool
A person with melena has black stool, which is caused by digested blood in the stool. When blood enters the intestine, it is digested. The waste product of digested blood is black. The source of the bleeding is usually bleeding in the esophagus, stomach or small intestine. Some black spots in the stool are probably from dark foods you ate. If the majority of the stool is black, call 911!

Breathing difficulty
If the breathing difficulty is from a panic attack, breath into a paper bag and it should pass with no harm.  Breathing difficulty may be associated with exertion, which is also normal. If you are at rest and have breathing difficulty, especially if it comes on suddenly, it may be a severe allergy, a heart or lung malfunction, swelling or obstruction in the air passages .. call 911!

Severe abdominal pain
The location of the pain within the abdomen can be an important clue in determining the seriousness of the situation. The most common cause of abdominal pain is gas. This pain can feel like you have an emergency. If you can press in the abdomen where you feel the pain and it is not very tender, it probably is not an emergency. If you have pain and touching the area is also very painful, you may have a severe ulcer or advanced infection  and you should go to the emergency room.

Chest pain
Any organ in the chest can cause pain, including the heart, lungs, blood vessels, esophagus, ribs, nerves or muscles. Before you worry, consider a couple of things. If the pain is a temporary twinge, it may be one of the following: muscle strain after exertion, anxiety can cause chest pain, indigestion can feel like a heart attack, generally accompanied with some nausea. None of these tend to require medical attention. Your chest may feel tight if you have pneumonia or after severe coughing. Some infections can cause inflammation in the heart lining, which can cause pain when you move from one position to another, but these should not need medical attention either. ANGINA, which is when you do need attention, is when you get that tight feeling in your chest like someone tightened a belt around your chest. The discomfort can last several minutes and generally radiates into the left arm. Call 911.

Possible Stroke
Use the simple FAST test to check for signs of a stroke:
FACE: Ask your loved one to smile. Does one side of his or her face droop?
ARMS: Ask your loved one to raise both arms. Does one arm drift downward?
SPEECH: Ask your loved one to repeat a simple phrase. Does his or her speech sound slurred or strange?
TIME: If you observe any of these signs, call 911 right away!

Fainting -Sudden loss of consciousness
A person who faints has a brief loss of consciousness, followed by immediate recovery. Those who faint are unable to maintain posture: they fall to the floor or slump in a chair when they lose consciousness, and then they become alert again quickly. Fainting is caused by a sudden reduction in blood flow to the entire brain. The brain stops working when blood flow stops for more than a few seconds. Fainting is common. About 60 percent of teenagers will have an episode of fainting before they are 18 years old. You probably do not have a medical emergency.
